TITICASA ensures maximum confidentiality in the handling of personal data in accordance with local
regulations regarding privacy.
Personal data are stored on electronic databases and processed by our computer system and will not
be communicated, transmitted, distributed, sold, leased or otherwise made accessible to third parties.
Personal data can be used by “Affitto Flessibile” Association only for statutory purposes and to those
relating to legal obligations arising from EU regulations or instructions issued by public authorities or
supervisors.
Personal data will not be divulged, but may be known by any employees of the “Affitto Flessibile”
Association (by reason and within the limits of the tasks and duties assigned to them) and third
parties, used by TITICASA for its activities (only if strictly necessary and in compliance with the above-
mentioned purposes).
In accordance with art.7 Decree 196/2003, the user can request access at any time, modify, update,
amend, supplement or delete data concerning him.
